7 Things Highly Productive People Do
Hello Qclipers! We have been rushing to try and get one last issue out before the end of the year and as you can imagine it has not been easy given the “holiday crunch”. Clients want to get many settled before the Christmas / New Years week and many of us at QuantumMethod take our vacation time during that week as well. So, needles to say it has been a challenge. But, we did it!! I confess that I had a another topic in mind with more depth, but there is simply no time for meet to write it, so I will save it for January.
Motivation and AP Holiday Style
I enjoy “fierce conversations” with my QM colleagues, and no more than at the Holidays. We rarely change our opinions, but the fact that we can “go there” is both liberating and motivating. Nothing like a good verbal tussle with the QM team to clear out the cobwebs and re-energize an afternoon. My colleagues say that we are really arguing about the same thing in these verbal duels… I could argue about that…
Press On
I am not referring to those fake nails or that thing you do with an iron—that thing I have pretended not to know how to do for decades. The slogan, “press on” said Calvin Coolidge, “has solved, and always will solve, the problems of the human race.” Or if not the entire human race, perhaps at least those of us suffering on the “left coast” from bad news overload, dwindling bank balances and political fatigue. Let’s face it, in this down– turned economy, life can be overwhelming.
